グラセフ最新版となる「V」のリリース時期が2013年春と発表されてます。
リリースされるプラットフォームは Xbox 360と PS3。

と思うところですが、公式にコメントが出ています。

For those asking about the PC platform, we're currently focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don't have any details to share about a PC version at this time.
いくつか質問のあったPCプラットフォーム向けだが、我々はいまは Xbox 360と PS3に集中していて、PCバージョンについては今これといった情報を持っていない。

となんとも寂しい返事になっています。

PC版はコピー問題があるので、最初から出してしまうと色々問題あったりするのでしょうか。
あとからでも出してくれると良いのですが。
