Mp3tag.exe と同じディレクトリに mp3tag.cfg 空ファイルを作成することでポータブル化。

v2.46からポータブルセッティングとしてコンフィグファイルに設定を保持するように変えたとありますが、どれがその設定ファイルなのか把握できず。iniファイルはあるんですけど、ほとんど何も書かれていない。
Portable settings Previous versions of Mp3tag stored toolbar and panel positions in the Windows Registry. This changed with this release so that Mp3tag now stores all configuration data in its own configuration files.
